A question has the wrong answer
Tap the report button on the question in the game, or email us with the question. We check every report against sources and fix the question if it is wrong.
My opponent never plays their turn
Your opponent plays whenever it suits them, so a match can take a while. You can keep other matches going at the same time.
I got a new phone and lost my account
Your account is linked to a key stored in the app. Email us your old player name and we will try to help you move it.
Someone has an offensive player name
Email us the name and which arena you saw it in, and we will remove it.

Can you make an arena about my topic?
Tell us! We open a new arena when we have a question bank we are proud of, and requests decide what we build next.
